Rest as the I Am.
See: you are beingness itself.
There is no fear—only alive presence.
No question—only knowing.
No confusion—only clarity.

The body is lit from within.
The mind falls silent in truth.
Thought arises in beingness,
And returns to beingness.

Every sensation is beingness.
Every form is beingness.
Every person, every creature,
Every star and atom—beingness.

There is only this.
Beingness.
Loving Being itself.
