Don't Be Stuck

For a number of years in my psychotherapy practice, I had the privilege to work with dozens of heavily traumatised army veterans. I learned so much about the effects of trauma on the human mind and body during this time. Fortunately, I went in there armed with a remarkable de-traumatisation tool called the 'Human Givens Fast Rewind Technique'. As I came to psychotherapy from an entirely different world of social entrepreneurship, I had no knowledge of the power of its tools and came with a neutral attitude.

I am constantly wary of marketing that predicts miracle results. However, may I say that I was genuinely astounded by the efficacy of The Rewind. Often in one or two sessions at the most, trauma memories that had been having a devastating effect on people’s lives were resolved, normalised, and their emotional power eradicated. The effect in the therapy room was often palpable. Energy and demeanour would shift dramatically as the embodied results were felt. Frequently, clients themselves, after years of not being able to release the trauma, would expect it to return, but even this expectation did not bring it back, and they could relax in trust it was gone.

The central conclusion I came to was that no one needs to suffer the consequences of trauma. I realise that there are now a range of effective de-traumatisation tools available, but I would highly recommend the Human Givens Rewind technique. It works to release the subconscious patterns that trigger the trauma very fast. It is delivered as part of a guided visualisation session that can include other positive benefits too. It does not require the client to talk in any way about the details of the trauma. It can deal with multiple traumas in one go. It can be used to release any 'stuck' subconscious patterns. It can be delivered online following safe protocols. 

Even in the context of realising the freedom of our true nature which is the core of my work, we may come across patterns that are especially stuck. Some of these may be traumatic memories. This is why I believe that the insights of the wisdom of non-duality and the power of modern psychotherapeutic techniques are powerful allies against human suffering.

I am passionate about sharing the understanding of Oneness and helping others break through trauma and other emotional blocks. In my work, I combine the understanding and insights of non-duality with the powerful insights of modern brief interventional psychotherapy. This inspired me to write my book, "Naturally Being One and The Universal Family," which I am in the process of publishing. I am a professional member of the Human Givens Institute.
