If there is any residual mental resistance, in the form of personalisation thoughts, welcome these too, seeing their content is based on a presumption of being separate that they cannot know to be true and watch them dissolve as they are confronted with this truth.
With the neurotic thoughts of separateness dissolved, standing as the undefinable aware reality that is reading these words, all there is indestructible safety and life-affirming aliveness.
Like the eternal safe parent, welcome with indifference these childlike bodily emotions, knowing they are an expression of you.
Clear of resisting thoughts, memories may spontaneously emerge from them.
Like a child tells its mother why she is crying.
These sensations are an ancient memory system.

The child is just expressing.

Reasons may include physiological needs, tensions being transmitted from other minds and bodies directly or through collective consciousness, past injury, or neurological traits that trigger contractions.
Be fearlessly open as the safe parental space of being the undefinable aware reality.
Let the child speak without falling into a fix-it mental analysis.
Something may be said or nothing.
Either way, it’s all flow.

What occurs to me reading this is that if our identity is tied only to our body and mind then we are caught in a seemingly endless web of complexity and confusion. But understanding that “we” are the All we find our foundation in Awareness and can rest there.
