The core of non-duality is the understanding that we are always whatever is aware of these words right now.
Through devoted inquiry into our awareness, we recognise that we have no evidence that we are a transient awareness dependent on the mortal body and that we are never affected by what we are aware of.
We recognise that the notion that we are a personal awareness - a separate self - is only a belief that is the single root of all limiting beliefs that trigger psychological suffering by causing us to identify with the mortal body as if that were our true nature.
These embodied limiting beliefs are like layers of an onion directing our lives from subconscious layers.
They play havoc with the joyful flow of our lives, causing us to react to stimuli in avoidant ways and constantly prevent us from trusting the flow of the Universe.
Therefore, by thoroughly uprooting this core root belief to be a separate entity through thorough inquiry into any unquestioned evidence we may believe to have that supports the notion that this awareness we are is dependent on the body, we uncover the truth that we have no convincing evidence.
Therefore, we cannot know we are a limited mortal self and cannot sustain any limiting beliefs based on this root belief.
In otherwords, we do not need to go through all the limiting beliefs one by one, which could take an eternity; we simply have to uproot the core root of all limiting beliefs.
This not-knowing is the end of egoic control and the mind-opening that allows us to simply be what we are without any limiting beliefs trying to define or control our existence.
The entire tree of limiting beliefs naturally perishes without its root.
We become increasingly psychologically free to experience living as if we are the source of all phenomena, which by its nature is complete and whole as it is, free to enjoy the flow of existence as it appears without any sense of lack or fear or urge to try and change or control it.
This natural perishing of the tree of limiting beliefs occurs in its own time and is a natural consequence of realising we do not know we are limited and we do not need to dig for these beliefs. They will undoubtedly surface as the impurities of iron appear when it is forged.
As certain situations trigger us, these beliefs will become apparent. As we remain in the freedom of understanding that we cannot know we are limited, they will naturally dissolve in the sunlight, and we can stay in our freedom.
As we experiment with living in this way, liberated from the cloud of fearful limiting beliefs, we perceive the beauty of a world that we feel is of us, not separate from us; we cease to see other people, but body-minds that are of us and not separate from us, and we recognise that all that appears is a natural flow of the reality we are.
We can enjoy all the appearances as we see the entire Universe as our body in motion, and there is no need for egoic fear or control as if we were ever in control anyway.
The beautiful effects of this in our lives act as further verification, if we need it, that our conviction that we cannot know our awareness is limited and mortal is true.
Each moment we consciously live in this not-knowing, we surrender all fear and control and allow ourselves to see the beautiful serendipity of the flow of existence.
The central conclusion is, therefore, the sooner you become totally convinced you cannot know you are a limited self, by investigating any evidence you believe you have that supports this belief, you are free just to be.
The certainty of not-knowing sets us free from the ego.
Does this summary make sense to you?
I would love to hear your thoughts.

Your words are helpful pointers to Truth.
During recent conversations on this matter (excuse the pun) these four words really landed again and again and again and again…
